Partner with me to align with your potential

Integrating strength training, yoga, and depth psychology to support your growth journey.

My approch to coahing

You are unique, and your personal transformation journey deserves guidance that reflects that uniqueness. My role is to support you through a deeply personalized training and coaching experience, tailored to who you are and where you are on your path.
I work across several dimensions of personal development. On a physical level, I design strength workout plans that can be done at the gym with machines and weights, or if you prefer, at home, using bodyweight calisthenics exercises. My training plans will be designed around your needs, goals, and circumstances, with the aim of building a strong, resilient body as a foundation.
As a yoga teacher, I integrate both the physical and the more subtle dimensions of yoga. The physical practice becomes a gateway to deeper awareness, helping you meet yourself through movement, and meditation supports an even deeper sense of clarity, presence, and inner balance. Whether your focus is strength, balance, flexibility, or embodied awareness, I help to guide your practice in a way that feels aligned with you.
Alongside this, I work as a Jungian coach, listening not only to goals and challenges, but to the deeper calling that seeks expression through you. This allows the coaching to move beyond performance or outcomes, and instead support a deeper sense of meaning, direction, and fulfillment in your life.
This integrated, 360-degree approach —physical, psychological, and spiritual — creates space for real, sustainable transformation. Beyond techniques and methods, I see myself as a pillar of support throughout your journey. Often, this steady presence is just as important as the technical aspects of coaching: someone who helps you navigate challenges, transitions, and uncertainty, while feeling supported, seen, and guided along the way.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” ― C.G. Jung The north star of Jungian Coaching is to bring greater awareness to what Carl Jung framed as Individuation: The lifelong process of becoming who you truly are by integrating the conscious and unconscious parts of the psyche into a more whole and authentic self. In Jungian terminology, the coaching aims to move along the ego–Self axis toward greater wholeness. — Why coaching?
As Humans, we are often too close to ourselves to see ourselves properly; therefore, we may need mirroring and questions for reflection by another in our inquiry processes - to understand ourselves, our roles, and life’s journey on a deeper, more connected level. I am here to listen deeply to what seeks expression in you, allow for a safe space of inquiry, and function as a mirror for you to explore these parts where deeper understanding may occur.

 What is Jungian Coaching?

Jungian coaching is a depth-oriented coaching approach that works within a coaching framework while simultaneously listening to the deeper intelligence of the psyche.
On the surface, a client may come with a goal to achieve or an obstacle to overcome. In Jungian coaching, this conscious aim is respected, but it is also explored symbolically. The question is not only “How do we move forward?” but “What is seeking to be understood through this situation?” and “What part of the Self is asking for integration?” Rather than pushing solely for strategic resolution, Jungian coaching holds the tension between the ego’s intention and the unconscious material surrounding it. By bringing hidden dynamics into conscious relationship, a new orientation may emerge - what Jung described as the transcendent function. This often reveals a third path that was not previously visible, aligning the ego more closely with the deeper organizing principle of the Self. In this way, the work moves along the ego–Self axis, supporting individuation rather than mere performance.
Within this framework, several core pillars support the process:
 Mirroring
The relational field becomes an instrument. Through precise reflection and symbolic listening, the coach mirrors patterns, language, projections, and archetypal themes back to the client, making unconscious structures visible without imposing interpretation. In essence, Jungian coaching is not about fixing the personality but about deepening consciousness. It does not simply aim at achievement; it aims at alignment, helping the ego enter into conscious partnership with the Self so that action arises from greater wholeness. Shadow Work
Exploring disowned, repressed, or projected aspects of the personality. What irritates you often carries un-lived or suppressed energy. By integrating shadow elements, vitality, greater freedom, and authenticity increase.
 Dream Work
Dreams are seen as spontaneous communications from the unconscious. Rather than interpreting them reductively, the coach and client explore symbols as living expressions of the psyche’s current movement and compensatory wisdom.
 Active Imagination
A method of consciously engaging inner images, figures, or emotions in dialogue. This creates a bridge between conscious awareness and unconscious material, allowing symbolic transformation to unfold. Who is Jungian Coaching for and when? Are you feeling a calling to connect to a deeper sense of lived meaning? This is no coincidence, and may be your psyche’s or soul´s way of trying to reach for your conscious awareness. Jungian coaching is for anyone interested in personal and spiritual growth. To connect to a personal sense of lived meaning and direction in life through getting acquainted with aspects of yourself that may lie beneath the surface level of conscious awareness. It may start as external turbulence. Example, a relationship that doesn´t seem to fit, a career path no longer provides personal fulfillment, what once felt meaningful and energized no longer provides the same experience, or some other form of hindrance on your consciously decided path. Instead of mere obstacles, these hindrances may be seen as seeds that want to be understood, and in the right conditions, they transform and sprout into a deeper understanding of your psyche’s wish. Who or when might Jungian Coaching not be for? Since looking at our patterns and relating to the unconscious often involves humbling experiences, Jungian Coaching requires a degree of inner stability and ego strength (the client’s capacity to self-regulate and ability to hold humbling realisations without losing psychological footing). For this reason, this path may not be suitable at a time when one is primarily in need of a more tending approach to psychological or emotional wounds before engaging in expansive, transformative work such as Jungian Coaching. The process is not always pleasant and may initially leave you feeling inadequate or worse than when you entered the coaching session. However, this loosening or slight cracking of the ego structure may be necessary for a more authentic relationship to your higher potential, and ultimately a freer state of mind. Jungian Coaching is an equal partnership. Meaning that Jungian Coaching is a collaborative experience - the coach is not here to ”fix”, provide advice, or ” know better” than the client. Rather, we view the client as the expert of their lived experience. You hold the answers, and the coach supports the inquiry process. In this dynamic, you, as the client, hold the responsibility for your own process, and the Jungian Coach co-evaluates if the ego strength is strong enough to move forward with the inquiry process. If there is deeper trauma work that needs to proceed before Jungian Coaching can serve its benefits, the coach may suggest seeking therapy instead of coaching. “Jungian Coaching often includes a humbling experience for the ego of the client, but overall improves the relationship of the ego to the Self.”
If you are curious about Jungian Coaching, schedule your free consultation call with me, and we will mutually explore whether our dynamic is suitable for Jungian Coaching. I´m looking forward to talking with you in this explorative call!

Pillars of coaching

Strength Training

Foundation. A strong body developed by consistent strength training can be seen as a solid foundation for our inner work. It gives us structure and resilience that promote grounded evolution, in addition to its physical health benefits and life-promoting attributes.

Yoga

Transcendence. ”We bring the unconscious to the table through Yoga.”
In this way, stepping beyond the ego's limitations to see who we are beyond it. Through Yoga, we meet our body and mind in a more subtle way. With Asanas (poses) and Pranayama (breathwork), we prepare ourselves to see the deeper layers of our being in stillness through meditation. We may also use this practise to energize and balance our body for our day-to-day lives.

Jungian Coaching

Integration. Jungian Coaching works on the ego-Self axis, on the level of archetypal patterns and complexes. This work aims to balance a healthy ego, expand awareness in a held and safe container, and support in the pursuit of a life that feels deeply meaningful for you.
