In this plan, I offer you a 3-month fully personalized workout program with access to the workouts through the workout app. I take your goals, preferences, and current capacity into account to design a structured weekly program that continuously supports your progress. You’ll also have access to direct messaging through the app, allowing you to ask questions, receive feedback, and get guidance so that you feel supported throughout the journey by an ongoing coaching relationship.

As a certified yoga teacher, with over fifteen years of experience in calisthenics and weight training at a high level, dedication to meditation, I integrate body and consciousness in my coaching. I guide from a holistic perspective that bridges physical strength, flexibility, balance, and presence. My work aims to guide the whole way, from a strong physical foundation to a deeper inner balance. * I am currently undertaking certification as a Jungian Coach, with completion scheduled for Summer 2026.
